I am a GEMINI....
many dream.....few make them true........i belong to that few......
as usual.....good at academics ( as records show :P)....cleared entrances......dreamt to be in a university...made it to AU.( 87%).......dreamt to secure a job....done got placed in Campus placements.....dreamt to be an IITian....secured admissions in IITKanpur...IITMadras....joined IITM ..(cgpa 9.23).............but cancelled my admission there after an year...............why?

Cybernetic strategy.....................
What is a cybernetic strategy?
Cybernetic strategy is nothing but proper streamlined approach for underatking any given task.
Like a war is always won with the help of a properly lai dout plan, in the same way any work has to be done with the help of a carefully laid out plan. Similarly, to achieve greatness and nuturing confidence one has to carefully workout the strategy that can almost become a self propellant for the achievement of success.
A person opting for greatness needs to answer the following questions?
.. What is my target?
...What are the major threats?
...How to approach the target?
...What is the strength?
...In how much time do i have to caoture my target?
...How will i be able to maintain my victory?
So the first step is none other than fixing priorities......
so start questioning urself and get the answers.....it works good.

According to late Bertrand Russel, "Mere(intellectual) knowledge has no motivation of its own; the source of it is in the field of emotions and sentiments in man. Something must stimulate knowledge other wise it will remain static and unable to influence human actions".
We consider a man educated only if he has passed some examination or can deliver good lectures. An education which does not help the common people to equip themselves for the struggle of life, which does not bring out the strength of character, a spirit of philantropy and a courage of lion-is it of any worth? Real education is that which enables one to stand on one's own feet. The education that we are presently getting is only making us a race of book worms who work like machines and live a jelly-fish life.
